One thing we have often taught our children is that God’s wisdom is usually counter-cultural. In fact, most of the time the path that seems harder, the one less traveled (so to speak), is often the best option. It will not be easier, by any stretch of the imagination, but it is often the path that will produce strong fruit.
In today’s episode Isaac and Angie offer encouragement for couples in a season that many might describe as “ease”. What should a couple be focusing on right now? What you do today can prepare you for a time when things are much more difficult than today. Parenting requires parents to think beyond their experiences and try to prepare their children for a future that has never been. Let’s take AI for example.
AI will drastically change society, economy, and much more. Isaac dives into this important conversation and gives some much needed insight for parents. Angie also shares about the bootcamp journey God has had her on and how she wasn’t prepared for all that she does today.
Her encouragement to have a teachable heart and be a voracious learner along with biblical insights on choosing not to grow in complacency but rather contentedness in serving in her jurisdictions while also allowing God room to challenge her to grow will, Lord willing, leave you exhorted and encouraged to continue being an intentional mom whether you currently are thriving or feel like you are drowning in the trenches of motherhood.
