Should Christians celebrate Halloween? Should churches adapt something different on that day? How should Christian parents navigate Halloween? – 2 Corinthians 4:1-6 – “Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God, we do not lose heart. But we have renounced disgraceful, underhanded ways. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. It stood still, but I could not discern its appearance. A form was before my eyes; there was silence, then I heard a voice:

– Matthew 8:31 – “And the demons begged him, saying, “If you cast us out, send us away into the herd of pigs.”“

– Matthew 12:45 – “Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first. So also will it be with this evil generation.”

– Luke 8:30 – “Jesus then asked him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Legion,” for many demons had entered him.“

– Ephesians 5:11 – “Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them.“

– Ephesians 6:10-20 – “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. – 1 Peter 5:1-10 – “So I exhort the elders among you, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is going to be revealed: shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock.
